Ritzy Red Snapper image

A fast, easy and healthy fish dish for Red Snapper lovers. Any kind of cracker crumb can be used but bread crumbs are not recommended.

1 lb red snapper fillet
1 package Ritz cracker, ground into fine crumbs (low fat ok)
1 green pepper, finely chopped
1 tablespoon honey

Steps:

  • Place fillets in shallow baking dish or pie plate.
  • Mix remaining ingredients.
  • Cover fillets with this mixture.
  • Bake at 350 F 20 minutes or until fish flakes.
