Tips:

- Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor. - Be sure to cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. This will help the brownies rise and give them a tender texture. - Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing can result in tough, dense brownies. - Bake the brownies until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs attached. - Let the brownies cool completely before frosting them. This will help the frosting set properly. - If you don't have a 9x13 inch baking pan, you can use a 10x15 inch pan. Just be sure to adjust the baking time accordingly.
