1 small red onion, thinly sliced

2 cups chopped kale
1/2 cup yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red grape tomatoes, halved
2 ears corn, shucked and kernels removed
2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup heavy cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
One 5-ounce Parmesan wedge, grated

Steps:

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (14 ounce) can french-style green beans
1 (14 ounce) can sliced carrots
1 (14 ounce) can chopped canned tomatoes
1 -2 large potato, cut into cubes
1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup water
1/2 cup finely-shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cut chicken into bite-size pieces.
