I love the combination of flavors in this salad. The grapefruit and avocado are a perfect match, and the dandelion greens add a nice touch of bitterness.

I've never had dandelion greens before, but they were surprisingly delicious in this salad. They had a slightly bitter flavor that paired well with the other ingredients.

I'm not a big fan of grapefruit, but I really enjoyed this salad. The avocado and pecans helped to balance out the tartness of the grapefruit.
