Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Blend first 4 ingredients together with mixer.
- Stir in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour into mini cupcake papers.
- Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Refrigerate.
- Enjoy!
