Steps:
- Mix seasoning salt with hands into ground chuck. Separate mixture into 12 equal balls. Flatten each ball into a thin patty. On 6 of the patties, add each of the remaining ingredients, making sure to leave about 1/2 inch of the outer portion clear. Cover each of these patties with the six remaining patties. Pinch the edges of the two patties together to seal. Grill to taste.
