HUGO SPRITZER
The Hugo Spritzer is a variation of the famous Austrain Kaiserspritzer, this lovely drink is not as sweet. A light and refreshing drink that is perfect in the summer heat made with fresh mint, sparkling white wine, soda or seltzer and elderberry syrup. I hope you will enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Add ice to your chilled glass.
- 2. Now add the sparkling wine, elderberry syrup, and a splash of soda water or seltzer. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
- 3. Stir gently and sit back to enjoy.
