"BACON GRAVY"

Gravy isn't as hard to make as many folks think it is. Here is an easy way to master gravy. Follow to a "T" and you have got er made.

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 - 4 slices of bacon cut into small pieces
1/3 C flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp sgr
3 C milk

Steps:

  • 1. Fry bacon pieces over medium heat until crisp. Stir in Flour until grease is absorbed. season with salt and pepper & sgr.
  • 2. Slowly whisk in milk to mixture, Stirring until this reaches a boil in skillet. Boil about 5 min, or until thick.
  • 3. Serve over Biscuits, Toast, or Potatoes.
