2 granny smith apples, peeled
1 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cornstarch
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

¼ cup maple syrup
powdered sugar, to taste
whipped cream, to taste

Steps:

  • Cut the bread into 1-inch (2 ½ cm) cubes.
  • Dice peeled apples into small bite-size pieces.
  • Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the bread, apples, sugar, and cornstarch.

2 each Golden Delicious apples - peeled, cored, and chopped

1 cup half-and-half
½ cup milk

¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
½ cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
½ cup packed light brown sugar
½ cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons maple syrup

Steps:

  • Spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray to coat. Layer 4 slices bread on the bottom of the baking dish; sprinkle with 1/2 of the apples. Repeat layers.

1/2 cup butter, cubed
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
1 cup chopped pecans
12 slices Italian bread (1/2 inch thick)
2 large tart apples, peeled and thinly sliced
6 large eggs
1-1/2 cups milk
1-1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
CARAMEL SAUCE:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 tablespoon light corn syrup

2 large apples, baking kind, cored, peeled and sliced
1 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
2 tablespoons dark corn syrup

1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add apples. Stir occasionally until tender.

1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
6 small croissants, torn in bite-size pieces
