- Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Saute' chicken until done.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook ground beef; drain, then add taco seasoning and follow directions on taco packet until it's done.
- In a large bowl, combine salsa, cream of chicken (or mushroom), 1 cup of cheese and cooked taco meat and stir well.
- Get an 8x8 casserole dish and spray the bottom with Pam or other non stick cooking spray and crush up Doritos on the bottom of the dish, then add some of the beef mixture and repeat the layers. Finally top it off with adding more crushed up doritos and the remaining shredded cheese.
