1/2 cup onion (minced)
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
1 cup black beans (optional)
1 cup salsa or diced tomatoes
3 tablespoons taco seasoning
12 hard shell tacos
1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella, cheddar or any melting cheese)
cilantro to garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400F. Line a 9x13 baking dish with foil or parchment paper.

2 1/2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
1 package (0.85 oz) Old El Paso™ chicken taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup water
1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ refried beans
1 1/4 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend (5 oz)
