Tips:
- Use ripe, flavorful apples: The better the apples, the better the applesauce. Look for apples that are heavy for their size, with smooth, unblemished skin.
- Peel and core the apples before cooking: This will help the applesauce have a smooth texture.
- Use a variety of apples: This will give the applesauce a more complex flavor. Some good combinations include Granny Smith and Honeycrisp, or Braeburn and Pink Lady.
- Add spices to taste: Cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves are all classic spices that pair well with apples. You can also add a bit of ginger or cardamom for a more unique flavor.
- Sweeten the applesauce to your liking: You can use sugar, honey, or maple syrup. Start with a small amount and add more to taste.
- Let the applesauce cool before serving: This will help it thicken up and develop its full flavor.

Applesauce cinnamon jello is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great way to use up leftover apples, and it can be enjoyed by people of all ages. With a few simple tips, you can make the perfect applesauce cinnamon jello every time.
