Tips:

  • Use ripe bananas: Overripe bananas add sweetness and moisture to the muffins, and they also help to bind the ingredients together.
  • Don't overmix the batter: Overmixing the batter can result in tough muffins. Mix the ingredients just until they are combined.
  • Use a muffin pan with a nonstick coating: This will help the muffins to release easily from the pan.
  • Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full: This will allow the muffins to rise properly.
  • Bake the muffins at a high temperature for a short amount of time: This will help to create a crispy crust and a tender interior.

Conclusion:

These vegan wheat bran muffins are a delicious and healthy breakfast or snack. They are easy to make and can be customized with your favorite add-ins. Enjoy them with a cup of coffee or tea, or pack them in your lunchbox for a quick and easy meal on the go.
