This way you can make 1 -2 -3 or as many as You need. Cake in a MINUTE. . . amazing!!! NOTE: I used a Custard Cup to Bake Mine. This bakes in the Microwave...

3-2-1 CAKE MIX . . . .MIX AND STORE FOLLOWING IN ZIP LOCK BAG
1 Box angel food cake mix
1 Box cake mix, any flavor
makes 1 serving
cooks in the microwave (1) minute only ( 60 sec)
SINGLE RECIPE FOR ONE
3 TBS cake mixed mixture above
2 TBS water
1 Min bake in microwave 1 minute

Steps:

  • 1. in a Zip Lock Bag, Combine the (2) cake mixes together and Toss bag to Mix very Well.
  • 2. For Each individual cake serving,(FOR ONE serving) Take out 3 Tablespoons for the Cake Mix combination, Mix this with 2 Tablespoons Water. Mix in a small microwave safe Dish, (I use a custard Cup,) or Bowl/or Container.
  • 3. Microwave on HIGH for (1) Minute, and You have your Own Instant individual little one serving cake
  • 4. KEEP REMAINING CAKE MIXTURE; stored in a Zip Lock bag, and use when ever you feel like a treat!! you can top each cake with a dollop of "FAT FREE Whipped Topping" & some fresh fruit, strawberries or Blueberrries, and enjoy.
  • 5. HELPFUL TIPS: This recipe is called 3,2,1 Cake because all you need to remember is: 3 Tablespoons MIX 2 Tablespoons Water, & stir 1 minute in the Microwave!!! (great for us Seniors, who have senior Moments . :) TRY VARIOUS FLAVORS, of the Cake Mix, like, Carrot, Red Velvet, Pineapple, Lemon, Orange, Etc. 2 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c butter, softened
1/4 c brown sugar
STEP 2
1 c whipping cream, ( may substitute cool whip)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
STEP 3
2 c mini marshmallows
STEP 4
2 c cherry pie filling ( add more if you desire)

Steps:

  • 1. STEP ONE: Preheat Oven @ 350 degrees Step one Ingredients; Mix in Medium Bowl. Set aside 1 cup The remaining Mixture Press in 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake for 5 Minutes.
  • 2. Step Two: Whip cream in a small bowl until stiff. Fold in Vanilla. Spread over the Crumb Mixture above.
  • 3. Step 3: Sprinkle Mini Marshmallows over step 2, Whipped Cream.
  • 4. Step 4: Cover Step 3 (Mini Marshmallows) with Pie Filling. Sprinkle reserved Cup of Crumb Mixture over Pie Filling. Press down Lightly. Chill several Hrs or Over Night. Serves 8-10 in 9 x 13 dish. Kitchen Helper tip: you can use any of your Favorite Pie Fillings; Raspberry, Blueberry, Etc. instead of Cherry.

1 9" pie crust, baked and cooled, scratch or store bought
PIE FILLING:
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER:
1/2 C hersheys cocoa powder
1-1/8 C sugar
1/3 C cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
WET INGREDIENTS:
3 Cups milk
3 Tbs butter, (not margarine please)
1 1/2 tsp good vanilla extract.
TOPPING:
sweetened whipped cream

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare Your Crust as Follows; If a scratch pie, Mix dough, make into a ball, & roll out, place in pie pan and Bake, Cool. Store Bought, Place in pie pan and Bake, Cool
  • 2. Pudding, Mix together all the Dry ingredients in a medium saucepan. Whisk well.
  • 3. Gradually add the Milk to Dry ingredients. Heat over Med High Heat, Whisk & stir constantly. Mixture will become thick and come to a boil. Boil 1 Min.
  • 4. Remove from Heat. Stir in Butter, & vanilla. Whisk well.
  • 5. Pour into COOLED pie Crust. Cover with Plastic wrap. Place in refer to Chill completely. at least 4-6 hrs or over night. Topping: Whip Whipping Cream with Powder Suger, til stiff peaks form. Fill pastry Bag with a star tip, and Pipe Rosettes all around the top of the pie. Sprinkle with Shaved Chocolate Bar or Chocolate Sprinkles . . . ENJOY every Bite.

PINEAPPLE DELIGHT ANGEL FOOD CAKE
1 pkg angel food cake mix(16 oz)
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple with the juice
1 can crushed pineapple (option: see tip/hint below)
FROSTING
1 (12 oz) container cool whip topping thawed.

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven @ 350. Spray 9X13 pan with pam spray or your favorite oil.
  • 2. In a large Bowl, Combine the Cake Mix, and Pineapple (with its Juice). Mix til blended
  • 3. Pour Batter into (prepared with spray) 9X13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 25 min, or till golden brown. Let Cool.
  • 4. Frost with Cool whip to serve. Soooo Simple and Sooo EZ. Tip/Hint: I also take a 2nd can of Crushed Pineapple Drained well, and Spread evenly on top of cooled cake and then top with the Cool whip as th frosting. I do this as I love Pineapple and I get more Pineapple in every bite. Try this so simple, & a delight to make.

PUMPKIN APPLE BARS
4 eggs
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 Cup veg. oil ( or 1/2 cup applesauce for 1/2 c of the oil)
1 can 15 oz can of pumpkin, ( not the pumpkin pie mix)
2 Cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 Cup fresh apples, peeled, chopped & diced ( fuji or gala)
CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 C butter, room temperature
2 Cups powdered sugar
1 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp vanilla extract

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat Oven @ 350. Grease a 10 X 13 pan Peel Chop and dice apple and set aside.
  • 2. Mix Eggs, sugar, Oil & pumpkin well with electric Mixer, til light and fluffy.
  • 3. Stir together Dry Ingredients, Flour, Baking Pdr, Soda, Cinn, nutmeg, & Salt. Now, Add 2 Tbs of the Flour Mixture to Fresh Diced and Chopped apples. Toss very well. Set aside the apples.
  • 4. Add all the Dry ingredients to the Pumpkin mixture, Mix on Low speed til batter is smooth and wel blended. Now you can add the Floured apples and stir well to Blend.
  • 5. Pour your batter evenly into Greased 10X13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 30 min. Let Cool completely, before frosting. Frost with cream Cheese Frosting. Cut into 2 X 3" bars and enjoy. I betcha you can't have just one!!!
  • 6. FROSTING: Mix the Cream Cheese, & Butter in a med Bowl, using an electric Mixer til smooth and fluffy. Add; Pdr Sugar, mix well. STIR in Vanilla, and Cinnamon. Frost your Completely Cooled Bars. . . Now Enjoy

HEAVENLY "LIGHT AND CRISP" COOKIES BY FREDA
BEAT THE FOLLOWING ( 7 ) ITEMS WITH MIXER
1 C sugar
1 C pdr. sugar
1 C butter, softened @ room temp
3/4 C veg oil
2 TBS milk or cream
1 TBS pure vanilla extract
2 eggs
STIR IN THE FOLLOWING, THEN COVER & CHILL 2 HRS
4 1/4 C flour
1 tsp soda, (baking soda)
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
ROLL DOUGH INTO THE FOLLOWING SUGAR
1/4 C granulated sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Follow Directions as Listed Avove, Exactly. Makes 3 1/2 dozen 2" cookies
  • 2. When Ready to bake, Preheat Oven @ 350 Degrees Roll chilled dough into small balls.
  • 3. Roll balls into remaining 1/4 C sugar. Place Balls 3 " apart on ungreased Bakng sheet. Flatten to 1/4" with bottom of a glass. Srinkle tops with additional sugar
  • 4. Bake @ 350 degrees, 13-15 min. only until the edges of cookies begin to turn golden brown. REMOVE from cookie sheet, cool completely. Note: a Glaze can be drizzled over these Cookies for an additional touch, taste, and decoration, ( is my addition)

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
4 cups milk
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pudding mix (flavors of your choice "or" mix them up)
1 (12 ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
2 -3 cups fresh berries (like strawberries with the hohos or blueberries with the twinkies) (optional)

6 cups cold milk
