Tips:

  • Use creamy peanut butter: Creamy peanut butter will give the sauce a smooth and velvety texture. If you only have chunky peanut butter, be sure to blend it until smooth before using.
  • Adjust the consistency of the sauce: If you want a thinner sauce, add more water or coconut milk. If you want a thicker sauce, add more peanut butter or simmer the sauce for a longer period of time.
  • Taste the sauce and adjust the seasonings as needed: The sauce should be sweet, salty, and tangy. If it's too sweet, add more lime juice or vinegar. If it's too salty, add more water or coconut milk. If it's too tangy, add more honey or sugar.
  • Serve the sauce immediately: The sauce is best when served fresh. However, you can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.

Conclusion:

Thai-style peanut sauce is a delicious and versatile condiment that can be used on a variety of dishes. It's perfect for dipping spring rolls, satay, or chicken wings. It can also be used as a marinade for grilled meats or vegetables. No matter how you use it, Thai-style peanut sauce is sure to add a delicious and authentic flavor to your meal.
