RASPBERRY JELLO SALAD

Raspberry Jello Salad image

Raspberry Vanilla Jello Salad is one of the easiest recipes you will ever make and it's perfect as a side dish or even dessert!

Provided by Jessica & Nellie

Categories     Side Dish

Time 5m

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 box (5.1 oz instant vanilla pudding)
32 oz. container vanilla yogurt
8 oz. container Cool Whip (thawed)
1 pkg. frozen raspberries ((12 ounces))

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the pudding mix and the vanilla yogurt, stirring until well mixed.
  • Fold Cool Whip into the mixture. (You can use a spatula or a whisk!)
  • Lastly, fold in the raspberries. I had set mine out for about 10 minutes before making the salad, but you can put them in frozen and they will thaw very quickly so you can serve the salad right after mixing. If you don't serve the salad immediately, the raspberries will thaw more and the juices will add a raspberry flavor to the entire mixture - I like it both ways!

Tips:

  • Choose ripe and fresh fruits: The quality of your fruit salad depends on the quality of your fruits. Make sure to select ripe and flavorful fruits that are free of bruises or blemishes.
  • Variety is key: Don't be afraid to mix and match different fruits to create a colorful and flavorful fruit salad. Some popular combinations include strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, pineapple, mango, and kiwi.
  • Cut your fruits into bite-sized pieces: This will make it easier to eat your fruit salad and will also help to prevent the fruits from becoming too soggy.
  • Add a little sweetness: If your fruits are not very sweet, you can add a little bit of honey, sugar, or agave syrup to taste. You can also add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice to brighten up the flavors.
  • Chill your fruit salad before serving: This will help to keep it refreshing and flavorful. You can also garnish your fruit salad with fresh mint or basil for an extra touch of flavor.
