Tips:
- Choose the right chicken: Bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or breasts work best for this recipe, as they stay moist and flavorful during grilling.
- Make sure the chicken is fully thawed before cooking: This will help ensure that the chicken cooks evenly.
- Use a good quality barbecue sauce: The sauce is what gives this chicken its tangy flavor, so make sure to choose one that you like. You can also make your own barbecue sauce using your favorite ingredients.
- Grill the chicken over medium heat: This will help prevent the chicken from burning.
- Baste the chicken with barbecue sauce several times during grilling: This will help keep the chicken moist and flavorful.
