1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 ½ teaspoons liquid smoke
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 red bell pepper, cut into 16 1 in (2 cm) pieces
1 medium red onion, cut in to 1 in (2 cm) pieces
16 large shrimps, peeled, deveined, and tails removed
1 large mango, peeled and cut into 16 1-inch (2 cm) pieces
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, for garnish
Lime wedge, for serving
wooden skewer, 10 in (25 cm)
