Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Squeeze moisture out of the zucchini. Place in a bowl; add egg, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Place four 1/4-cup scoops of mixture onto each baking sheet and press into 5-inch circles.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 22 to 25 minutes.
