Fresh salad with red kidney beans, tuna and olive oil. Tastes great with an Indian flair! Made it up on the spot!

ΒΌ cup chopped red onion
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
