A variation of a wonderful salad.

Steps:
- 1. Drain pineapple, save juice.
- 2. Mix apples and pineapple.
- 3. In saucepan, mix egg, flour, vinegar, pineapple juice and sugar. Cook until thick. Let cool
- 4. Pour egg mixture over apple mixture. Stir until evenly coated.
- 5. Add Cool Whip. Add peanuts.
- 6. Sprinkle more chopped peanuts over the top before serving, if desired.
