Steps:
- 1. Heat up the oil in Wok or skillet on Med-High Heat
- 2. Add garlic, stir fry for 15-20 seconds until fragrant
- 3. Add Pea Shoots, salt and chicken stock
- 4. toss constantly - about a minute - until pea shoots begin to sweat - shiny and hot but not totally limp! They will reduce quite a bit in volume.
- 5. Serve and enjoy!
