SPICY PEANUT DIPPING SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp unrefined sugar
1/2 tsp coarse salt
1 tbsp minced fresh gingerroot
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha sauce

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Makes about 1-1/2 cups.
