I would not recommend this recipe. The chili was bland and the eggplant was mushy.

This chili was a lot of work to make and it wasn't worth it. The flavor was just okay.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chili turned out really runny. I had to simmer it for an additional 30 minutes to thicken it up.

I found this chili to be a bit bland. I would recommend adding more spices to taste.

This chili was a little too spicy for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I would recommend using less cayenne pepper if you don't like spicy food.

I'm not a huge fan of eggplant, but I really enjoyed this chili. The eggplant was cooked perfectly and it didn't overpower the other flavors.
