These sandwiches were easy to make and turned out great! The seafood salad was flavorful and the bread was soft and fluffy. I will definitely be making these again for my next party.

I'm not a fan of mayonnaise, so I substituted Greek yogurt in the dressing. It turned out great! The sandwiches were light and refreshing, and the dressing was just the right amount of tangy.

These sandwiches were a little too fishy for my taste. I think I would have liked them better if I had used less seafood and more vegetables.

I've made this recipe several times and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The seafood salad is light and refreshing, and the dressing is just the right amount of tangy. I usually serve these sandwiches on croissants, but they're also good on regular bread
