Steps:
- 1. In a small bowl, combine mayo, sour cream, green onion,mustard, 1 tsp lemon juice and 1/2 tsp dill weed. Cover & chill. In a large resealable baggie, add the salmon. Pour in the remaining lemon juice and dill weed. Marinade in for 1 hour in refrigerator. Salt, pepper and grill, broil, fry or bake until fish flakes with fork. Serve with prepared dill sauce, salt & pepper as desired.
