Steps:
- Brown beef & onions in lg skillet on medium-high heat;drain. Add tomato sauce, beans, corn & green chilies, mix well. Stir in spices except red pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min. Add red pepper to taste. Spread 1/2 cup of beef mixture in bottom of 13x9x2-in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with 3 tortillas, overlapping as needed. Layer with 1/2 beef mixture and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas, beef mixture & cheese. Bake in preheated 350 deg. oven 15 minutes or until heated through. Let stand 5 min. before serving.
