This pie is a little too sweet for my taste, but it's still good. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time, and maybe adding a bit of lemon zest to balance out the sweetness.

I've tried several different pineapple chess pie recipes, and this one is by far the best. The filling is perfectly creamy and flavorful, and the crust is flaky and golden brown.

I'm not a big fan of pineapple, but I still enjoyed this pie. The chess filling is creamy and delicious, and the coconut flavor is a nice touch.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my pie didn't turn out as good as the picture. I think I might have overcooked it.
