PEANUT BUTTER DIPPING SAUCE
This is another recipe I've used many times from am old TOH magazine...it's tested and approved, in fact I'm making it again tonight...I have tweaked it to my families liking...I cut the soy to 1 tablespoon...was plenty...this sauce is great for dipping, toss with noodles or a great marinade...I have used it for all...

Steps:
- 1. In a small saucepan, saute onion in oil until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
- 2. Add the water, peanut butter, sugar and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
- 3. Remove from the heat; stir in the lemon juice, soy sauce and salt.
- 4. Enjoy as a marinade, dip, or toss with noodles...
