Passover Mock Oatmeal Cookies Recipe - (3.1/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 cups matza meal
2 cups matza farfel
1 cup sugar
1 cup raisins
1 cup nuts, chopped
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup veg oil
4 eggs

Steps:

  • Combine dry ingredients. Beat in eggs & oil. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake in moderate oven (350) about 1/2 hr.
