Steps:
- Melt the butter in a skillet. Add the orzo and stir to coat with the butter. Add the chicken stock and the chicken base. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer, covered, for 20-30 minutes, or until the orzo is tender and the chicken stock is absorbed. Stir in the basil and cheese, then add salt and pepper and serve immediately.
