This dressing is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still pretty good.

I've tried many nicoise salad dressings, and this one is by far the best. It's the perfect balance of tangy, creamy, and herbaceous.

This dressing is a great way to add some extra flavor to a nicoise salad. It's also very easy to make.

I would recommend using a different type of vinegar. The white wine vinegar was a bit too harsh for my taste.

Needs more flavor.

The dressing was a bit too oily for my taste, but overall it was good.

This dressing is a great way to use up leftover herbs. I had a bunch of basil, parsley, and chives, and they all worked perfectly in this recipe.

I love the combination of flavors in this dressing. The Dijon mustard adds a nice kick, and the fresh herbs give it a bright, summery taste.
