Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2-quart glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. If doubling the recipe, use a 9x13 baking dish.
- 2. In large bowl combine hash browns with the next 5 ingredients; mix well. Spread into prepared baking dish.
- 3. In small bowl stir together the corn flakes and 2 Tbls. melted butter. Spread topping evenly over hash browns.
- 4. Bake 45 minutes or until hash browns are tender.
