- Drain artichoke hearts thoroughly& cut into quarters.
- Combine next 8 ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.
- Stir in artichoke hearts, mushrooms& pimentos, cover with plastic wrap& refrigerate.
- Stir or toss mixture occasionally.
