Mahogany Pork Chops image

I found this recipe on the "Other White Meat" website. It's very quick and easy, and is one of our family's favorites. I serve it with rice and broccoli.

4 center-cut pork chops
salt and pepper
6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons molasses

Steps:

  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Mix together the 6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce and the 2 tablespoons molasses.
  • Grill the chops over medium-hot coals for 4-6 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the chops, turning once and basting with teriyaki sauce and molasses mixture several times.
