This recipe is a great starting point, but I would make a few changes to suit my taste. I would use a different type of cheese, and I would add some vegetables to the sandwich.

I found that the English muffins were a bit too thick for my liking. I would use a thinner muffin next time.

This recipe is a bit bland for my taste. I would add some salt and pepper to the eggs before cooking them.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover eggs. I always have a few hard-boiled eggs in the fridge, so it's easy to whip up a Low-Fat Egg McMuffin whenever I'm craving one.

The Canadian bacon in this recipe adds a nice smoky flavor. I also like the addition of the salsa, which gives the sandwich a bit of a kick.
