Layered Reuben Casserole image

This a moist and tasty casserole for the coming winter months. Great for St. Patricks Day too!

Number Of Ingredients 10

2 can(s) 12 oz. each corned beef
1 1/2 c caraway rye bread crumbs
1 large egg
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c sweet pickle relish
1/4 c creamy russian dressing
1 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
32 jar(s) sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 c grated swiss cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Combine the first 8 ingredients. In a sprayed 9x13-inch baking pan, spread 1/2 the mixture . Now evenly spread 1/2 the sauerkraut, 1/2 the cheese, then remainder of corned beef mixture and remaining cheese. Bake at 325^ for 45 minutes.
