Kiwi Fruit Salad image

From Simple & Delicious. Looks and sounds like a yummy fruit salad--I just lo-o-o-ve kiwi! The easiest way I've found to peel kiwi is to cut the very ends off, cut it in half crosswise, slide the bowl of a spoon down between the skin and the flesh, and carefully slide it all around the kiwifruit. Then just pop the fruit out of the skin!

I'm allergic to kiwi fruit, so I substituted mango instead. The salad was still really good!

The salad was good, but I found the lime dressing to be a bit overpowering. I think I'll use less lime juice next time.

This salad is a bit too tart for my taste. I think I'll add some honey or agave nectar next time.
