Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Place butter in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Place in oven to melt butter. Remove pan from oven; sprinkle crumbs over butter, pressing down with a fork.
- 2. Sprinkle coconut over crumbs. Add a layer of chips and a layer of pecans.
- 3. Drizzle condensed milk evenly over the top.
- 4. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool before cutting.
