Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies image

1-1/2 cups Flour
1/2 cups Butter
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 pinch salt
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup Chocolate Chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300
  • Mix flour, baking soda and salt in separate bowl
  • Cream honey, sugar and butter together until smooth, add vanilla at end
  • Add flour mixture and beat until just smooth, do not overbeat or cookies will be too soft
  • Add Chocolate chips and drop on cookie sheets about 2 inches apart
