Greek Style Lamb and Macaroni Casserole image

Credit goes to Ian Hewitson - Huey's Cooking Adventures. (An Aussie cooking show) A little fiddley...but worth it! And economical too. Served with some green beans on the side, or on its own, its a complete meal. You can use beef mince but lamb works best.

This casserole was a bit too heavy for my taste. The lamb was a little fatty and the macaroni was a bit mushy. The sauce was also a bit bland.

I'm not a huge fan of lamb, but this casserole was surprisingly good. The lamb was tender and not gamey at all. The macaroni was cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful. I would definitely make this again.
