Found this recipe, but since I altered it I am writing my alterations. Making it for the 1st time 4-15-21. Smells really good! Although hubby says I am a wimp because I don't like pepper jack cheese...so that was one of the alterations! LOL

Steps:
- 1. Combine chicken, sour cream, soup, onion, corn, 1 c each cheese, garlic, pepper, poultry seasoning, mix well. Spray 9x13 with PAM. Put evenly into bottom, top with remaining 1 c cheddar, and crushed doritos. Bake at 350 degrees, 25 min, or until bubbly, then let rest 5-10 min and serve. I like my mexican style things to have additional sour cream, guacamole, and shredded lettuce. Hubby likes chopped up tomatoes.
