1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Mix it all up and bake in 12 pre-sprayed muffin tins at 350 for 23 minutes.
