- In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Pat into a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 165°., In a small saucepan, melt butter. Add the remaining topping ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 12-15 minutes or until apples and onion are tender. , Let meat loaf stand for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with warm topping.
