Curried Fruit Ham Sauce, Barb image

Barb gave me this recipe book, and knowing how much I like curry, this gives me a great way to have a different Ham!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 large can pineapple chunks
1 1/2 c white raisins (i would omit)
1 c white wine
1 c sugar
3 tsp curry powder
1 1/4 Tbsp minute tapioca

Steps:

  • 1. Combine sugar and wine, bring to boil. Add curry and tapioca, stir until thickened. Add pineapple and raisins and keep warm until ready to serve.
