I'm not a big fan of pork, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The meat was so tender and flavorful, and the sauce was delicious. I will definitely be making this again.

I've also made this recipe in the oven, and it turned out just as good. I cooked it at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 2 hours, or until the pork was cooked through.

I like to add a little bit of spice to this recipe by adding a teaspoon of chili powder or cayenne pepper. It gives the dish a nice kick without being too spicy.

I've made this recipe with both pork shoulder and pork loin, and both turned out great. The pork shoulder is a little fattier, but it's also more flavorful. The pork loin is leaner, but it's still very tender.

I love this recipe because it's so easy to make. I just throw all the ingredients in the crock pot and let it cook all day. Dinner is ready when I get home from work!

This recipe is a keeper! I've made it several times now, and it's always a hit. The pork is always cooked perfectly, and the sauce is to die for. I usually serve it over rice, but it would also be great on mashed potatoes or noodles.
