Crazy-Simple Cottage Ham, Potatoes, and Green Beans image

Cottage ham is one of my favorite dishes to eat because it's rich in flavor and incredibly simple to make. Requiring only five ingredients and five minutes of prep time, this dish could quickly become a go-to meal in your household. If you can't wait the hour it takes to cook, drop it in a slow cooker in the morning, and it'll be ready when you get home.

I made this recipe a little healthier by using low-sodium ham and olive oil instead of butter. It turned out just as good as the original recipe. It's a great way to get a healthy meal on the table in a hurry.

I'm not a huge fan of ham, but I really enjoyed this recipe. The potatoes and green beans were cooked perfectly and the sauce was very flavorful. I would definitely make this again, even if I didn't have any leftover ham.

This was my first time making this recipe and it was so easy to follow. The ingredients are simple and I already had most of them on hand. The potatoes and green beans cooked evenly in the oven and the ham added a nice salty flavor. I will definitely
