- Add couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand until tender, 5 minutes.
- Fluff with a fork and transfer to a bowl.
- Toss broccoli, chickpeas, raisins, feta, oil, and vinegar with warm couscous.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
