This is my go-to recipe for country fried steak. It's so easy to make, and it always turns out perfect. I like to use a cube steak, because it's so tender. I also like to add a little bit of cayenne pepper to the flour mixture, for a little extra kic

I've made this recipe several times now, and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The steaks are always crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I love that I can use different types of steak, depending on what I have on hand.

I found this recipe to be a little bland. I think I would have preferred to add more seasoning to the flour mixture. Otherwise, the steaks were cooked perfectly.

These country fried steaks were a little too greasy for my taste. I think I would have preferred to pan-fry them instead of deep-frying them. Otherwise, the flavor was good.
