Cole Slaw - No Mayo image

2 1/2 cups green cabbage
2 1/2 cups red cabbage
2 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
6 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • shred the cabbage into a large bowl.
  • in separate bowl, prepare the dressing by mixing the vinegars, dijon mustard, sugar, celery seed, caraway seed, and pepper. mix well.
  • pour over cabbage and mix well. serve chilled.
